I enjoyed purchasing products off your website, it was pretty much a perfect experience, honestly the only thing I would have to say is that I feel like some prices are way too expensive but in the same time I understand that this isn't necessarily in your guys control. I am happy about the product I received and I look forward to using you guys for future purchases.

My pair of Travis Scott olive were not authentic. Need to improve the authenticity check service.

I was skeptical using StockX at first since I heard of bad experiences taking place. After striking out on SNKRS app again I decided to give StockX a try and everything went extremely smooth and was better than I expected.

I bought the shoes off of stockx on 5/5/23 I just received the shoes today, 5/12/23 and I am submitting a request for a refund. I know that StockX has a buyer promise to refund for inauthentic products and I am deeply disappointed that I have to submit this request because I put a lot of trust in this company. I believe that the Yeezy slides in color flax that I received are not authentic. All over the box is Chinese lettering and when I took it in to be authenticated at a luxury consignment store near me they said that the shoes are likely from dhgate because of the way the letters are bolded on the label and also because the shoe is much thicker than the original Yeezy slides that they have in store. I should have been suspicious when I saw that this stockx seller was selling 8 separate shoes of the same size at the same cost. I think the seller is a fake and should be flagged. Furthermore, I ordered US size 8. Clearly on the box it says that it is UK size 8 showing that not only is it not authentic, but it’s the WRONG SIZE. One shoe is bigger than the other, which is another reason proving that it is not authentic. The words “Yeezy”, “size #,” and “made in china” should be written on the left side of the shoe according to my friend who has authentic Yeezy slides but on the fake slides that were sent to me, the lettering is on the right for the left shoe and on the left for the right shoe. There are so many issues and inconsistencies with the shoe that I am deeply saddened and upset that I bought these. They were a birthday gift for myself after working so hard and then I wait and get excited only to receive completely fake slides. I have attached proof of photos showing the sizing inconsistencies between the shoes, the Chinese lettering showing it’s from a dhgate( a fake selling site), and also that not even the right size was sent to me. I would like a refund. I am deeply disappointed and disgusted that the authentication process is not accurate and they are allowing fake shoes to be sold to customers.

I’m completely satisfied with the shopping experience. The shipping was very fast and the product just what I expected.

Shoes came as expected, shipping was right on par, and the price was right, had a great experience wish to have more.

Have emailed customer service twice and have yet to get a reply.

I will always buy from stock x they are great I recently order a pair of sneakers for my sons birthday and it was saying it was delayed I contacted them and they made it happen my don got his sneakers the very same day and early thank you so much

I ordered some shoes for two weeks ago with any update of my delivery, and I chated with someone and he told me that my shoes was lost, so If I didn't send a message they didn't do a refound. it was my first time buying with them, and is going to be the last one.
