Placed a bid for $140. Was charged $342. Disputed the purchase. StockX did not care about the facts or that they're required by law to provide refunds. Never received my money back or the product. StockX considers this resolved.

Tbh, the prices felt fair compared to other places I checked. I liked that the fees were shown before checkout, so there weren’t any annoying surprises at the end. It wasn’t always the cheapest option, but imo it didn’t feel super marked up either

I started getting these weird login alerts, and it kind of threw me off. It took way longer than I expected to get it sorted out, and support was fine, I guess, but not exactly reassuring. They answered me, but I still felt like I had to keep pushing for clarity. Maybe it was nothing, maybe it wasn’t, but now I’m not super comfortable leaving my account there

The shoes were definitely legit and I’m happy with the quality, but the delivery timing was really frustrating. It kept getting delayed, and I barely got any updates, which made it even more annoying since I was expecting them by a certain date. the product was fine, but the whole waiting around part makes me unsure if I’d order again...

I had a problem with my order and they did eventually sort out the dispute, so I’ll give them credit for that. But it took way too many emails back and forth, and I was getting fed up waiting for a simple resolution. Not the worst experience, just frustratingly slow

"I understand StockX has its rules…"
I understand StockX has its rules, especially since it’s a resale marketplace, so I guess this might work better for people who are 100% sure about what they’re buying. But in my case, the return policy felt unforgiving. If something doesn’t fit right or you end up changing your mind, there really isn’t much flexibility. After paying all the extra fees, I expected at least some kind of option or support. The site itself works fine, but the return process is just too rigid for me. I’d give it 2 stars.

"Pretty easy app to get around"
I mostly use the StockX app to check prices and, yeah, buy sneakers when I see something I want. It’s simple enough to move around in, like I don’t really have to think too much to find stuff. The filters are helpful, checkout was straightforward, no weird steps or anything. Haven’t had any problems so far... it just feels smooth and quick enough, which is kind of all I need.

I ordered sneakers on StockX and it was fine overall. The shoes showed up as expected and passed the checks, so no real issue there. But the seller definitely took their sweet time shipping them out. Tracking didn’t update for a few days, so I was just sitting there wondering what was going on. Reliable enough in the end, but not exactly fast.

I ordered a pair of sneakers from StockX and the box arrived in decent shape, but the shoes themselves had a couple things that made me pause. The stitching looked a little messy to me, and the label didn’t really line up with photos I found online. I know StockX says everything is verified, but am I wrong for thinking it should’ve felt more reassuring? I reached out to customer support and just got a basic response, so I was left feeling kind of stuck. Maybe they’re legit, but for the price, I expected to feel a lot more confident about what I received

"Easy to use, but kind of frustrating"
Browsing StockX is simple, and searching for stuff is easy enough. At first I was like, okay, this isn’t bad at all. Then the pages started loading slow and the filters weren’t doing what I expected, and suddenly I was annoyed. Checkout was clear, so I’ll give them that, but come on, just make the site faster. It’s not awful, but it’s definitely not amazing either.

Used stockx last week the payment part was smooth as hell. My card went through right away, and the confirmation email showed up quick too. No stupid extra steps, no sitting there wondering if the site was broken like some other checkout pages. I’ve dealt with plenty of garbage payment issues elsewhere, so this was a nice change. Simple, easy, no nonsense. I’d use it again.

The buyer protection definitely made me feel safer, especially with the authentication step and the regular updates. I did feel kind of trapped while waiting for everything to go through, like I couldn’t really relax until it was all confirmed, but overall it gave me more peace of mind with my order.
